Design features

The air - force recovery type sandblasting room mainly consists of the room body, sand blasting equipment, abrasive recovery device, ventilating dedusting device, abrasive separation device and electric control device. Separation process is: when the abrasive and dust over a channel, due to the effect of gravity, dust and gas upward through the gaps between the cone, and abrasive and coarse particle is dropped to under the cone of vibrating screen. The vibrating screen further separates the abrasive and the coarse particles, and the pure abrasive material that is separated out through the sieve holes into the designated hopper to the sandblasted can be recycled. The dust and gas of the separator filter through a filter, the clean gas is discharged from the factory, and the dust falls into the waste bucket.

The whole sandblasting system is equipped with a double-silo continuous working type sandblast tank, each of which is equipped with two gun and two abrasive valves with a diameter of 10 mm in diameter. Install the operating switch on the nozzle, and automatic control can be achieved. This can be used to clean the surface of the jet after cleaning up.
