There are two types of equipment for surface cleaning of automobile brake pads: tumble belt shot blasting machines and wire mesh belt shot blasting machines.
Tumble belt shot blasting machines are the optimal choice for small brake pads. Place the workpieces to be cleaned into the feeding hopper. After the hopper lifts to a certain height, it tilts and pours the brake pads evenly onto the tumble belt. Once the door of the tumble belt machine is closed, the blasting wheel starts to operate. The rotating motion of the belt keeps the brake pads tumbling continuously to achieve all-round thorough cleaning. The tumble belt shot blaster features simple installation and low site requirements, making it a cost-effective and efficient cleaning solution.
Brake pads can also be processed by wire mesh belt shot blasting machines. This model adopts a wire mesh conveyor for transportation; small workpieces will not scatter, and both sides of brake pads can be fully cleaned.
