Points to note when operating a rotary table shot blasting machine:
Lubrication and maintenance
Ensure key machine components such as bearings and gears are fully lubricated to extend the service life of the equipment. Regularly check the cleanliness and oil level of lubricants, and replace lubricant when necessary.
Inspection and replacement of wear parts
Frequently inspect wear components of the blasting wheel, including blades, control cages, distributor wheels. Replace them promptly once worn or damaged to guarantee consistent blasting performance and stable equipment operation.
Equipment operation condition monitoring
Closely monitor equipment operating status during blasting work, including motor temperature, blasting wheel vibration and other indicators. Shut down the machine immediately for inspection if any abnormal conditions occur to prevent fault escalation.
Safety protection
Operators must wear safety goggles, protective gloves, earmuffs and other personal protective equipment. Stay in safe positions; do not stand at the inlet/outlet of the blasting chamber or hazardous zones around moving machine components.
Dust removal system maintenance
Clean the filter bags and filter cartridges of the dust collector on a regular basis to maintain efficient dust extraction and stop dust leakage that causes environmental pollution.
Blasting parameter adjustment
Reasonably adjust blasting intensity, shot flow velocity and abrasive feed rate according to workpiece material and surface treatment requirements, so as to achieve uniform and stable blasting results.
Equipment cleaning after operation
Clear residual abrasives inside the blasting chamber promptly after work completion. Keep the machine clean to avoid negative impacts on subsequent blasting processes.
Electrical system inspection
Carry out regular checks on the electrical control system. Verify all screws are tightly fastened, wiring is intact and the ground wire connection is reliable to avoid electrical failures.
