Arbeitsablauf

Legen Sie die vorgeschriebene Anzahl an Werkstücken in die Strahlkammer, schließen Sie die Tür und starten Sie die Anlage. Die Werkstücke drehen sich auf Rollenförderern. Gleichzeitig strahlt das Turbinenrad einen fächerförmigen Strahlmittelstrom aus, der gleichmäßig auf alle Oberflächen der Werkstücke trifft und diese reinigt. Stahlgranulat und Staub fallen durch kleine Öffnungen des Förderbands in die unterliegende Förderschnecke, die das Gemisch zum Becherwerk transportiert. Das Becherwerk hebt das Strahlgut zum Separator zur Auftrennung an. Ein Lüfter saugt staubbeladene Luft in den Staubabscheider, wo der Staub ausgefiltert wird und saubere Luft an die Umgebung abgegeben wird. Der Staub sammelt sich im Auffangbehälter unter dem Staubabscheider und muss regelmäßig entsorgt werden. Wiederverwendbares Strahlmittel fließt durch eine Rückführleitung zurück in die Strahlkammer und wird nach der Trennung im Separator erneut eingesetzt. Alle Strahlwinkel und Einwirkbereiche werden per Computerkonstruktion festgelegt. Bei der Band-Strahlanlage oben wird der Leerlaufverlust von Strahlmittel minimiert, um eine maximale Ausnutzung des Strahlguts zu erreichen.

Betriebsvorkehrungen

  1. Betriebssicherheitsausstattung: Die Strahlanlage für Schweißteile verfügt über eine speziell konstruierte Bedien- und Wartungsplattform mit einem Not-Aus-Taster – eine zentrale Sicherheitsvorrichtung für das Bedienpersonal. Bei Gefahr oder ungewöhnlichen Betriebszuständen lässt sich damit die gesamte Maschine sofort abschalten, um Unfälle zu vermeiden.

  2. Strahlmittelrückgewinnungssystem: Die Anlage arbeitet hauptsächlich mit Stahlgranulat und ist mit einem speziellen Rückgewinnungssystem ausgestattet. Dadurch wird das Verspritzen von schnell fliegendem Strahlgut während des Hochgeschwindigkeitsbetriebs verhindert und mögliche Unfallrisiken ausgeschlossen. Alle kritischen Bereiche der Maschine sind mit farbigen Sicherheitskennzeichnungen gekennzeichnet, um auf Gefahren hinzuweisen.

  3. Rücklaufsperre: Im täglichen Betrieb können unvorhergesehene Störungen auftreten. Deshalb ist die Anlage mit einer Rücklaufsperre ausgestattet, die speziell für plötzliche Stromausfälle ausgelegt ist. Bei Hochgeschwindigkeitskomponenten bleibt nach einem Stromausfall durch die Massenträgheit eine starke Rotationsbewegung erhalten, die ohne diese Schutzvorrichtung irreversible Maschinenschäden verursachen würde.
