Die Stahlband-Strahlreinigungsmaschine ist eine Spezialanlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Stahlbändern.
Sie besteht hauptsächlich aus Strahlturbinen, Strahlmittelkreislaufsystem, Stahlband-Transporteinheit, Strahlkammer, Staubabscheidesystem sowie weiteren Baugruppen.
Im Betrieb schleudern die Strahlturbinen Hochgeschwindigkeits-Strahlmittel auf die Oberfläche des Stahlbands. Durch Aufprall und Reibung des Strahlmittels werden Zunder, Rost, Schweißrückstände und Oberflächenstaub entfernt. Dadurch wird die Stahlbandoberfläche gründlich gereinigt und gleichzeitig mechanisch verstärkt.
Diese Anlage zeichnet sich durch hohe Reinigungsleistung, ausgezeichnetes Reinigungsergebnis und hohen Automatisierungsgrad aus. Funktionsprinzip

Die Stahlband-Strahlreinigungsmaschine gliedert sich hauptsächlich in Zufuhrsystem, Strahlsystem, Auslaufsystem, Steuerungseinheit und Elektromotor.
Zuerst gelangt das Werkstück über die Zufuhr in die Strahlkammer. Anschließend schleudern die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Strahlturbinen des Strahlsystems Strahlmittel auf die Werkstückoberfläche und entfernen alle Verunreinigungen.
Nach abgeschlossener Reinigung verlässt das Stahlband die Strahlkammer durch das Auslaufsystem.
Im Strahlsystem rotieren die Turbinen mit hoher Drehzahl und schleudern hunderte bis tausende Stahlkugeln als Strahlmittel. Sobald der Elektromotor anläuft, dreht sich die Turbine und beschleunigt die Stahlkugeln.
Beim Aufprall der Stahlkugeln werden Oberflächenverunreinigungen abgetragen. Durch Kontakt- und Aufprallkräfte des Strahlmittels lassen sich sämtliche Ablagerungen zuverlässig entfernen und das gewünschte Reinigungsergebnis erzielen.
