1.1 The anchor chain shot blasting machine is manufactured in accordance with customer requirements and classified as medium-sized shot blasting cleaning equipment. It is mainly applied to remove surface oxides and surface attachments on anchor chains. Anchor chains with diameters ranging from φ22 to φ150 can be fully cleaned in a single pass.

1.2 This machine not only eliminates rust and mill scale from anchor chain surfaces, but also enhances the fatigue strength of chains, improves paint adhesion during subsequent coating processes, and ultimately optimizes both surface finish and internal material quality of workpieces.

Countless high-speed abrasives are blasted onto the surface of continuously moving anchor chains to strip off mill scale and surface contaminants. The plastic deformation generated on the chain surface effectively boosts the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the anchor chains.
