The hook‑type shot blasting machine is available in single‑hook and double‑hook versions. For the double‑hook model, two hooks carrying workpieces alternately move into the blasting chamber. Blast wheels project 0.1‑1.5 mm abrasives onto the workpiece surface, creating a defined surface roughness. This improves surface appearance or introduces compressive stress to extend service life.

This model is widely applied in gears, gear shafts, forgings, castings, construction, chemical, motor, machine‑tool and other industries. It cleans or strengthens the surfaces of small‑ and medium‑sized cast and forged workpieces, such as removing scale, burrs and bonded sand. It is also suitable for thin‑walled fragile parts that cannot withstand impacts. The hook‑type shot blasting machine is a standard blasting‑machine model. The blasting chamber swing diameter ranges from 500 mm to 3000 mm, and height ranges from 600 mm to 3000 mm. Standard configurations include 2‑7 blast wheels, with load capacity from 100 kg to 10 000 kg. It delivers high production efficiency and great flexibility, serving as ideal cleaning‑and‑strengthening equipment with simple operation. Simply hang the workpiece on the hook, press the start button, and the whole cleaning process finishes in a short time (usually 5‑7 minutes). All dust and residues are removed. It is mainly suitable for surface treatment of various medium‑ and large‑sized cast, forged, welded and heat‑treated workpieces, including fragile and irregular‑shaped parts.
