Description

Working Principle
The crawler shot blasting machine is fitted with high-strength wear-resistant rubber crawlers or manganese steel crawlers to hold workpieces. High-speed rotating blast wheels hurl abrasives onto workpieces inside the blasting chamber to complete surface cleaning.It is suitable for sand removal, rust removal, descaling and surface strengthening of small castings, forgings, stampings, gears, springs and other parts, especially workpieces that can withstand collisions.The rubber crawler forms an accommodating cavity for workpieces. During operation, the rotating crawler makes parts tumble inside the cavity, so both inner and outer surfaces can be thoroughly cleaned.This series is available with manual or automatic loading and unloading, ideal for mass shot blasting of small components. The rubber crawler cushions collisions and reduces scratches on workpieces, leaving minimal surface marks. Its user-friendly operation makes it widely adopted by manufacturers worldwide.
