Description

This tiltable drum shot blasting machine belongs to our newly developed cleaning equipment series. It is designed for cleaning small parts such as screws, nuts, washers, etc., removing molding sand and scale from workpiece surfaces. The whole machine is equipped with Siemens PLC control and features a high level of automation. It can operate independently or be combined with other equipment.

Application

This machine is suitable for cleaning workpieces that tumble freely, tough non-fragile parts, as well as cast, forged and welded parts with shallow inner cavities. It removes sand scale and rust on workpiece surfaces. The full machine adopts PLC control with high automation. It can run as a standalone unit or be linked into production lines.
