Description
This machine is specially designed for cleaning steel beams such as H-beams, I-beams, etc. It is an automatic roller conveyor shot blasting cleaning machine. It enables cleaned workpieces to achieve a specified surface roughness, enhances the adhesion of paint film, and improves surface quality and anti-corrosion performance.
The complete machine consists of a shot blasting chamber, auxiliary chamber, abrasive control unit, shot blasting system, abrasive recycling, storage and classification system, ventilation and dust removal system, roller conveyor, electric control system, maintenance platform and safety system.

- The separator allows adjustment of gaps between baffles to change material layer thickness and movement path, achieving superior separation performance.
- The dust collector (bag-type dust collector, drum-type dust collector) provides large air suction capacity with efficient dust removal and filtration, complying with emission standards specified by the national environmental protection authority.
