Description

Working Principle
The steel strip shot blasting machine is mainly composed of feeding system, blasting system, discharging system, control system, electric motor and other parts.
First, the workpiece enters the blasting chamber via the feeding system. Then high-speed rotating blast wheels in the blasting unit hurl abrasives onto the workpiece surface to strip off surface contaminants.
After cleaning finishes, the steel strip exits the blasting chamber through the discharging system.
The blasting unit is equipped with high-speed rotors loaded with hundreds to thousands of steel shots. When the electric motor starts, the rotor spins rapidly and accelerates steel shots outward at high speed.
As steel shots strike the strip surface, they scour away surface impurities. The contact and impact force between steel shots and workpieces thoroughly eliminate contaminants to achieve ideal cleaning performance.
