Product details of Steel Pipe Shot Blasting Machine

Description

The QG series is a special dedicated shot blasting machine for both inner and outer walls of steel pipes. It performs shot blasting treatment on the outer surfaces of steel and steel products to remove oxide layers and residues such as welding slag, restoring a metallic luster to the workpiece surface. It enlarges the effective surface area of workpieces and facilitates subsequent painting and coating processes.
Features: Blast wheels are installed at optimal positions (on the side or bottom of the machine cabinet). Workpieces rotate fully during conveying, delivering uniform blasting results for pipes of varying diameters.
