Maintenance Items of Shot Blasting Machine
All lubrication points of the equipment shall be regularly filled with oil, lubricating oil or grease in accordance with the component requirements.
All sealing wear parts shall be inspected daily and replaced promptly once damaged.
Inspect the protective lining of the blasting chamber every day; replace it immediately if damaged.
Inspect the protective plates, blades, impellers, control cages and blasting wheels of the shot blasting machine twice per shift, and replace them right away when any damage is found.
Conduct two inspections on the electrical system per shift.
All transmission components shall be inspected twice a week.
Operators shall check the blasting cleaning effect at all times. In case of any abnormal conditions, shut down the machine immediately and carry out a full inspection of the equipment.
